The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Separate attic apartment with approx. 53 m², which is reached via a shared staircase in our terraced house. The bright apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. In the living room there is a sofa, armchair, flat screen (cable) and Bluetooth system. In the bedroom there is a 160 x 200 cm bed. In the bathroom is a shower + cabinet and storage bench. The toilet is separate. The kitchen is functionally equipped: 4-burner induction stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

Keep in mind! Starting March 1, 2025, there will be a full closure of the B49 between Lay and Moselweiss. Start of the construction of a cycle path. Small beautiful apartment in our historic farm. Our district is idyllically and quietly located above the Moselle and is a perfect starting point for motorcycle/bicycle/hiking tours/boat trips or simply to relax. The Traumpfade, various castles, the Moselle Valley, the Maifeld, as well as Koblenz and Cochem are easily reached. Our small but fine nest is equipped with everything to feel comfortable. Motorcycles/bicycles can be safely stored.
