Die moderne Unterkunft, der grosse Aussenbereich mit 2 Balkonen und der zentrale Standort (500m vom Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig) bietet alles was man für einen schönen Wander-, Bike, oder Winterurlaub benötigt. Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt für Gäste ausgerichtet, die sich ein paar Tage/Wochen in den Bergen nach Luxus, Aktivität und Erholung sehnen.

Gemütlich, hell und liebevoll. In dieser knapp 50m² Dachwohnung fühlt man sich gleich wohl. Die wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Berge, und die traumhaften Stimmungen der Natur lassen einen schnell in der Auszeit ankommen. Besonders gemütlich ist das viele warme Holz, Naturmaterialien und der Schlaf im Hüsler-Nest. Das vielseitige Angebot der Region lockt dann doch auch nach draussen und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung eignet sich für bis zu 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkinder bis Schulalter.

This generously designed holiday apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the mountains of Graubünden. The kitchen - of course with dishwasher, oven, coffee maker ec. you will also find a raclette and fondue set for cozy evenings. The apartment has two bathrooms with shower and toilet and three bedrooms with double beds. You can park your vehicle in a free parking space in the underground car park. This apartment can accommodate 6 people. Families are welcome.

Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, in February 2025 you can also rent the apartment below mine (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

No bunk beds! 4 bedrooms sleep 8 with 3 bathrooms, offering space and privacy. 14 min drive or 18 bus to Lenzerheide for excellent hiking, biking and skiing. 5 min walk to train. Storage for bikes/skis, laundry, small gym.

The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.
