Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

This house is located at the back of a pretty well-maintained flower garden. Accommodation on 2 floors with stairs. Fully equipped kitchen + washing machine + dishwasher. Terrace with outdoor tables and chairs. Located 200 meters from the train station and the Avallon shopping center (Auchan, Aldi, bakery, McDonald's...). Easy and free parking. "Le p'tit chez nous" cottage

House in a quiet village in the heart of Morvan, rated 3 stars by the ADTY, ideal for holidays with family or friends, close to the Cousin Valley. Located 1.5 hours from Paris and Dijon, 5 minutes from Avallon, 15 minutes from Vézelay and its magnificent Basilica, 30 minutes from Chablis and 10 km from the highway. Many activities (canoeing, adventure park, quad biking, equestrian center etc...) and beautiful landscapes are to be discovered nearby.

We completely renovated it in 2024, between nobility of ancient materials and comfort of modern equipment. From its terrace, you will enjoy a magical view of the hill of Vezelay and the Cure Valley. You will stay in our village, in the heart of an unspoiled site, a Unesco World Heritage Site, at the foot of our vineyards, in a calm and refreshing nature

The Avallon watchtower

Very close to the historic city center and right next to the ramparts, the accommodation has all the amenities. Located on a very quiet street with little traffic, it offers a very nice view from the terrace. The accommodation is for 4 people (1 bed and a 140 cm sofa). To host animals, please contact us. P.S.: Regarding Covid-19, we ask our guests to drop the laundry in the basket on the terrace. We are equipped with fiber optic internet.

Restored with the Fondation du Patrimoine label and tastefully furnished, the former village bakery has become a beautiful house where you like to meet family or friends.
