Terraced house in beautiful Gerlesborg near Bovallstrand and Hamburgsund. 250 meters to the Sea, lunch restaurant, art gallery and the picturesque cliffs. The house is part of a private holiday complex of 3500 m2 which is perfect for families with children but is also appreciated by seniors. Here there is a soccer field, boule court, playground where the children have tricycles, swings, sandbox, slide, playhouse, etc. Read a book under a tree by our stream or go to the ocean in a few minutes.

Kommer att ha enkel tillgång till allt från detta centralt belägna boende, men ändå närhet till natur vid ängårdsbergen, botaniska och Slottskogen. På första våningen finns ett fullt utrustat kök med öppen planlösning till vardagsrum med utgång till trädgården. Det finns även ett TV rum och en toalett. Vårt parhus i Mollösund Tången är ett semesterboende med det lilla extra. Huset är modernt och välutrustat med allt som behövs för en trivsam semester i hjärtat av Bohuslän. Huset är dimensionerat för att 6 personer ska kunna bo bekvämt men det går att få plats med ytterligare 2-3 personer vid behov. I priset ingår tillgång till vår sjöbod och Tångens privata badplatser. Parhus ca 10 min från Gbg city. Flera uteplatser med gott om plats för härliga grillkvällar. På altanen finna en Weber gasolgrill. På altanen på framsidan finns en stor loungegrupp. En garageuppfart med plats för 2 bilar. I området finns en Ica affär, ett bageri, 3 pizzerior och en sushibar. Det är 5 min promenad till busshållplatsen som tar er in till centrum på ca 10 min. Vi har ett kodlås som möjliggör incheckning utan personkontakt om så önskas!

Get into the city center of Gothenburg 1. 10-15min walk to bus stop "Beryllgatan". Bus 50 Brunnsgatan will take you to city center in 15 min. 2. 5 min walk to bus stop "Melongatan". Take bus 90 Frölunda Torg (8 min). From here you have access by tram or bus to city center (20min). Frölunda Torg is a major hub for buses and trams.
