Lakan och handdukar och en del kaffe ingår. 1,5 km från E 12 i byn med Sverige näst längsta björkallé. Nära till naturreservatet Brånsjön, skidbacken Middagsberget, 4 km till centrala Vännäs och 30 km till centrala Umeå. Bussar inom gångavstånd. Djur finns på gården men gårdshuset är allergivänligt, inga djur vistas där. Internet via wifi för videosamtal finns.

Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Ligger 4 min från E4:an och tio minuter från Umeå centrum. 7 minuter till ett stort köpcentrum. Lakan och handdukar ingår ej men kan hyras till för 150:- per set under er vistelse. Säg i så fall bara till i bokningen. Betalningen sker efter utcheckning via Airbnb-appen. Boendet har ej kök men tillgång till kaffebryggare, vattenkokare och mikrovågsugn.

Huset består vidare av ett trevligt vardagsrum med TV och supersnabbt Wifi, 1 sovrum med två bäddar, även tillgång till extrabädd finns i form av en skön sov madrass att lägga på golvet. Toalett med dusch som även inrymmer en kombinerad tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Sköna fullstora sängar 80x200cm samt en extrasäng resårmadrass 80x200cm, med bäddmadrass.

Naturnära boende med fin omgivning. Stugan är belägen på vår gård och har allt man kan tänka sig behöva så som kök med kyl/frys, spis, ugn, köksfläkt, diskho. Kaffebryggare och vattenkokare samt övrig utrustning för att laga till måltider. Mysig tv-hörna med bäddsoffa och matbord med plats för 5 personer. Sovalkov med säng och garderob och ett rymligt badrum med duschkabin, toalett, handfat, tvättmaskin och torkskåp. För den som önskar finns även möjlighet att nyttja vedeldad bastu.

Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation. Close to nature next to Umeå's large nature reserve. Car parking directly outside, possibility to rent a boat for fishing. Bus to and from the apartment departs throughout the day at 1-hour intervals, approx. 20 min travel (not weekends). The bus passes Umeå Airport and it takes 5 minutes to the apartment. Perfect for IT nomads as access to an exclusive ergonomic office chair can be used in combination with fast internet (300 Mbit)

Ett centralt beläget rum med egen ingång och toalett. I lägenheten finns en 140cm bred säng. En rymlig garderob, kylskåp, micro och vattenkokare. Gångavstånd in till centrum, livsmedelsaffärer, kollektivtrafik och ett stenkast från älven och vår fantastiska strandpromenad som kan leda till city eller naturen och forsarna. Det är även gångavstånd till Bölesholmarna via Lundabron där det finns tillgång till badplats. Välkommen!
