A large west-facing balcony awaits, with nothing obstructing the view and sunlight from morning to night. On our quiet road, you walk down to the swimming area in about 10 minutes, a beautiful and peaceful natural setting surrounded by greenery, mountains, boats and the sea. Grazing animals are a natural part. Within 1.5- 3 km. there are shops, restaurants, excursions to fishing villages: Gullholmen, Käringön, Hälleviksstrand, , Mollösund and kayak rental .

The house and surroundings are especially suitable for the family with children, the hiker and the angler. Rural, scenic and quiet location. Close to nice fishing spots for sea trout and mackerel. Undisturbed plot with large lawn, climbing trees and rocks. Sandbox, soccer goals and a trampoline. Large balcony with barbecue grill. Fire pit for open fire. Close to piers, a small beach, and crab fishing. Two hiking trails pass the house. Sheep, chickens and rabbits, 2 kayaks, SUB and a small motor boat for rent. Fast wi-fi. Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

House with five beds on beautiful Lyrön

House of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. In front of the house there is a large lawn that can be used for games and other activities. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

Hälleviksstrand - Waterfront Cottage

A lake house built in 2023 for 4 people located right on the waterfront with its own jetty, bathing ladder and berth for a deep-sea boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.

Our semi-detached house in Mollösund Tången is a holiday home with that little extra. The house is modern and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant holiday in the heart of Bohuslän. The house is dimensioned for 6 people to stay comfortably but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. The price includes access to our boathouse and Tången's private swimming areas. Tången is about 500 meters (15 minutes walk) east of Mollösund's old community.
