Skoterparkering finns framför huset och plats för släpvagn finns vid infarten till området. Ett sovrum har en dubbelsäng och det andra en våningssäng. Det finns även en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet med plats för två bäddar. Tvättmaskin finns. Städning ingår ej utan utförs av gästen till utcheckning.

I detta boende har du en fantastisk vy över centrala Örnsköldsvik. Från lägenheten kan du gå cirka 5 minuter till hissen som tar dig ner till city. I närheten av lägenheten finns även en mindre sjö med ett fint promenadstråk. Boendet erbjuder en inglasad balkong ut från vardagsrummet och en mindre balkong från sovrummet. Lägenheten har ett fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin samt ett badrum med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Finns även tillgång till en parkeringsplats i ett parkeringsgarage.

Cozy appartment with own entrance, 80 m2, on the countryside, 20 minutes from central Luleå and from Kallax Airport. Modern kitchen with table for 6 person, big bathroom with shower cabin, 2 bedrooms with 4 sleeping places, living room with TV, bed sofa and small desk. Laundry room with washing maching and tumbler. Outside deck with possibility to eat outside in summer, access to traditional barbecue hut all year around. 2 parking places with access to engine heater.

Perfekt liten leilighet for de som ønsker en weekend i skibakkene. Ski in-ski out. Leiligheten ligger øverst på Trollhöjden, rett ved den nye Fjellforsliften. Leiligheten er helt ny og ligger i direkte tilknytning til hovedhytta med egen inngang. Gjester må ta med egne sengeklær, håndklær og laken (4 stk enkeldyner 140x200). Stedet egner seg best for 2 stk voksne, men det er sengeplasser til 4 stk. Det gjøres oppmerksom på at jacuzzi ikke følger med på utleie.
