This cottage is located in Evlinge in Värmdö municipality and is close to the water with swimming area (approx. 2500 meter). A lot of nature is close at hand with great hiking opportunities. Short walk to the bus that takes you to Stockholm. Charming newly renovated cottage that houses features for a comfortable cozy accommodation. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a culinary meal. There is a washing machine. Turn the knob under the water tap to get water to the washing machine.

Högt i tak ger ett luftigt och ljust vardagsrum med dubbeldörrar som öppnar upp sig mot det stora privata trädäcket med utemöbler och en kolgrill som gjort för fantastisk avkoppling. I Stockholms skärgård med City på bekvämt avstånd. Fräscht kök med allt man behöver, mysigt sovloft och ett helkaklat badrum med dusch, wc, tvättmaskin. WiFi. Gångavstånd till havet och Ingarös två vackra 18-håls golfbanor.

Njut av naturen när du bor på detta unika ställe. Du bor i vårt glamping/kupol tält med plats för två. Inga tillfälliga obokade besök tillåts på fastigheten utöver de två. Egen strand, uteplats, grillplats, vedeldad kamin och underbar utsikt. Maten lagar du över öppen eld eller på en kokplatta i tältet. Du roas av vågskvalpet som vaggar dig till sömns. Ni har tillgång till toalett och dusch i närheten av tältet. Dricksvatten finns i en dunk. Diskar gör du i havet. Varmt välkomna

Mysigt litet hus, sjöutsikt och skogstomt, Värmdö

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. En cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

Small 50 sqm design house by the sea with a small garden, terrace with barbeque and a small beach below the house. Only 20 minutes to Stockholm by car. In nearby Gustavsberg there Are all services you may need such as foodstore. Bakery, cafés. Foodstores etc. Dont miss a visit in the outlet shops for fine Gustavsbergs porcelain as well as Ittala and hackman. Also Gustavsberg is the home of some of Swedens most famous ceramics and artists who have their ateliers in the harbour.

Our stunning home was completed in 2013, it is built on a cliff overviewing the waterways leading into Stockholm. South aspect with views stretches from east to west. Private beach, jetty and wood fired sauna . The house has one master bedroom, 2 bedrooms plus a small cabin (guest house, bedroom no 4, available summer time only). The deck has a lounge, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and open fireplace/BBQ. We are located 30 min from downtown Stockholm, 10 minutes from a shopping centre.

Mysigt Attefallshus (25 kvm) med egen terrass med grill och sittplats. Privat parkering. Ca 200 m till hav och strand. Gångavstånd till härlig badsjö. Busshållsplats 200 m med direktbuss till Stockholm, Slussen. Nära till naturreservat (Björnö ca 10 min m bil eller buss) där man kan hyra kajaker, vandra, bada. OBS ej perfekt boende för små barn då loftsäng och terrass kan innebära fallrisk. Möjlighet att hyra 2 kajaker (vuxenstorlek) vid boendet (dock ej 24 juni - 24 juli 2024).

Living room with kitchen table +chairs and sofa bed. Rent our bikes and or canoe to explore Björnö Nature reserve and the archipelago. Two minutes walk to the closest beach.
