The kitchen is highly equipped, it is possible to cook and bake. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away. Modern, ízlésesen berendezett, (liftes) lakásunk Pécs csendes, egyetemi városrészében található. Közvetlenül a bejárattal szemben SPAR, a sarkon pékség, egy perces sétára több hangulatos kávézó, a buszmegálló alig 100 méterre található, a történelmi belváros kényelmes 10-15 perces séta vagy pár perc tömegközlekedéssel. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.
