During the winter season, in case of snowfall, you will need to park about 500 meters from the chalet, we will gladly help you with your luggage!

The paved road that leads to the Baita is a mountain road, therefore narrow and with many curves, while the path to reach Baita Beatrice is a 5-minute walk. P.S. Cà dul Barba, an old renovated house from the 1700s located in the western Piedmont Alps, in the hamlet of Santa Maria di Fomarco, Pieve Vergonte. A few meters from the oldest Marian Sanctuary in the area, it is a 30-minute drive from Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta and a 15-minute drive from Domodossola. Ideal starting point for wonderful trips to the nearby Ossola Valleys Anzasca, Antrona, Bognanco, Divedro, Formazza and Vigezzo.

The house consists of three floors. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms, two beds in each, and one bathroom with a shower. On the middle floor there is one large bedroom with two beds. (It is possible to put an extra bed). On the top floor there is a small bedroom with one bed and and separate bathroom. Also on the middle floor there is a kitchen equipped with all necessary for cooking.
