The apartment is located in the expanded haystall of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th century. Central location on Quartierstrasse, a few steps to the ski bus/post bus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center Scuol with shops, restaurants and the wellness pool "Bogn Engiadina". The cross-country skiing center and cross-country ski trail are also within walking distance. Ideal for families and couples.

You'll love my place because of the unique mineral water fountain in front of the house, the front courtyard with original Unterengadiner flair. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and large groups for family celebrations.
