This villa enjoys a strategic location, just 30 meters from the lake and very close to the Lido di Colico. It has been recently renovated, both inside and out. The villa features a private garden and an exclusive saltwater swimming pool. It offers 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with a three-quarter bed), 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a covered porch. Beautiful private house with garden, balcony, air conditioning, overlooking the lake, 2 parking spaces. The house has a beautiful open plan space with kitchen, dining and lounge with 2 large sofas. On the ground floor a beautiful bedroom with king-size double bed, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bedroom with sofa bed and a bathroom with bathtub. Ideally located a 5-min walk to the lake, a 5-min drive to Tenero Sports Center and 10-15 min to Locarno and Ascona.
