Located 30 minutes from Le Mans (24 Hours Circuit) and 30 minutes from La Flèche ZOO, you will find everything you need within 5 minutes (Pizzeria, Bakery, Supermarket...). Completely refurbished accommodation in 2021. Our four-legged friends are welcome, as long as we don't leave them alone in the property.

We offer accommodation in a recently restored, quiet and pleasant old stable. You will have a living room (sofa, TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine), a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a mezzanine bedroom (one 160 x 200 bed and one 90 x 190 bed). There's no kitchen. Guests can enjoy our pleasant garden. This home is by our house. It is less than 40 minutes from the 24-hour circuit.
