Located in a quiet area outside the hustle and bustle of downtown is a very bright and cozy space, designed to make your guests' stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are individually decorated and equipped with a flat-screen TV and high-end mattresses. The 2 private bathrooms have a shower, bathtub and hairdryer. The Apartamento offers free WiFi and has Air Conditioning. Flat screen TV and computer printer. Fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of utensils and appliances. refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Dolce Gusto coffee maker with capsules available to the guest, and kettle. The accommodation also has a private Plaza de Garaje with direct access to the apartment, under reservation and for an additional fee of 15.-eur/día.

The house has 3 plants. Two separate floors for the exclusive use of guests and 1 ground floor (basement) where we usually spend our time. 1.5 km (0.9 miles) from EZCARAY, with a suitable bike path. The area is very quiet, with large gardens for the kids (there is parking space right next to the house). It has an American barbecue. There is a community pool during the summer period (APPROXIMATELY June–September) and recreational courts. It's a lovely town, close to VALDEZCARAY (for SKIING).
