Room in a private home.

A spacious room, equipped with a double bed, nightstands, a closet and a work area. It is cozy, comfortable, with natural lighting, warm, located in a residential, quiet and safe area. It is close to bike paths, with access to the Calle Calle River, close to Collico spa that has a picnic area. There is constant transportation to the center during the day (micro line 1). During the night, only transfers by app. The other facilities are shared, bathroom, kitchen and patio.

An open living space features a sleek pellet stove positioned beside a dining area with metal chairs and a table. Natural light fills the room through large windows, with views of the greenery outside. A doorway leads to a cozy sleeping area, enhancing the home's warmth.

Apartamento on second floor of a fully equipped house, independent entrance with security box, located in Isla Tja just 10 min walking from the city center, the place has 3 pieces with 3 beds (2 of 2 squares and 1 square and half) and two futon, where they can share a minimum of 6 people without problems. We have pellet heating, hot water, towels, sheets and linens. No parties are allowed in the premises as a residential neighborhood is a residential neighborhood.
