One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Our apartment (70 m2) is located in a low-traffic area in the family village of Valdaora/Olang, in the immediate vicinity of idyllic meadows and forests. The charming village centre, the city bus stop, and the ski bus to the Plan de Corones/Kronplatz ski area are just a 3-minute walk away. The lively town of Brunico/Bruneck can be reached in 15 minutes by car (or train).

It is located at 1250 m in the mountains and the center of the village Colle is 1 km away. Here, where chickens cluck loudly mooing cows and children can enjoy the outdoors can be the true holiday relaxation. Great apartment with lots of privacy on the first floor of a detached house. You are very welcome to share the beautiful garden for relaxing or sunbathing. The integrated kitchen provides a maximum of autonomy. The bathroom is very spacious. In the sleeping room 2 people can spend the night comfortably in the double bed. In the kitchen/living room, there is located an additional pull-out sofa for 2 more people/children for staying overnight.

Unsere Wohnung ist circa 70qm2 groß und befindet sich 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen in die Natur zu einem Spaziergang, Wanderung, Nordic Walking. 5 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto und sie erreichen den Kronplatz (Skigebiet). Die Ortstaxe beträgt 1,75€/Nacht/Person und ist bei Ankunft zu hinterlegen. Ab 1.01.2024 beträgt die Ortstaxe in Bruneck 2,50€/Person/Nacht.
