Welcome to our house with its own waterfront plot in the Trosa archipelago. You have your own jetty and beach and you can walk the Sörmlandsleden trail that starts about 200 meters from the house. The house has a lovely outdoor shower and is only 20 meters to the jetty and sea swimming. There is also access to fishing and boating. There is the possibility to use the following attractions: Access to a berth is available. Access to sauna raft for a fee. Tour by boat and driver for a fee. Water skiing, wakeboarding and water ring for a fee.

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmland countryside on Road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cabin on the Uvsta Östergården farm. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and a store. The café serves light lunches and delicious pastries. A simple breakfast can be bought in the café. See the Café Östergården website. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bagarstuga is an older, charming 35 sqm cottage from the 1800s with beautiful views over the fields. Low ceilings!

Archipelago house and sauna - private lake plot

The place is quiet, peaceful and well secluded from neighbors. The balcony is directly adjacent to the kitchen and invites you to all the meals of the day. The sauna and relaxation area are freely available during your stay and offer a fantastic atmosphere and relaxation. The main house has a double room and sleeping loft, the guest house has two double rooms with lovely views of the sea. Stendörren Nature Reserve is only a 1.8-kilometer walk from the house. Come and enjoy the archipelago environment and the tranquility of the sea.

Newly built holiday home with pool near the beach

Holiday home in a quiet and pleasant location with scenic surroundings next to Sörmlandsleden. The 40 sqm house was built in 2019 and has modern décor. Porch with dining area, lawn, and heated pool (28 degrees) June-August. 10-minute walk to the beach with kiosk, eatery and playground. Large forest with nice walking paths and the possibility to pick blueberries. 10-minute drive to Nyköping C. Bedroom with double bed. Sleeping loft with three mattresses. Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Lovely large house near the sea

Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre Nature Reserve with the possibility of both an active stay and time for relaxation. Enjoy a sauna, kayak trip, or cook together. There is plenty of space for socializing and wonderful dinners, as well as the opportunity to close the door behind you (9 bedrooms - 10 beds including bed linens and towels).
