A great backyard with sun all day and a covered garden room. Garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen, and living room with dining area. 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. One with exit to the balcony. The house is located in a quiet street without transit traffic. Restaurants, cafes, bakery and shopping just outside the door. The airport bus and boat to Ryfylke and Flo and Fjære a stone's throw away.

Welcome to Stavanger and our very cozy apartment on the 2nd floor of our villa from 1913. The apartment consists of one bedroom (double bed), bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge and stove. In the living room there is a sofa bed that sleeps two people (150cm). You have access to free Wi-Fi. The apartment is 75 sqm. After you have used the city's facilities, this is a really great place to relax and catch your breath.
