Good location near the main road in Laitila, asphalt road all the way. The road passing by the front yard is visible when the leaves fall from the trees. In the sheltered backyard, there is a cozy terrace, a new gas grill. The cottage has amenities; air heat pump, indoor toilet, shower, sauna, washing machine, heating. Fireplace. Nice beach 4 km away. Bright and spacious 40m2 studio centrally located in the center of Laitila. You can't get much closer to downtown. All services are within walking distance. You can stay short or longer. This tiny home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The flat is located in a historical and protected building, on its top 2nd floor. There is no elevator in the house. Sorry, the apartment is not accessible. It's not suitable for people with limited mobility, or just small children.
