You will have a large studio of 40 square meters with an independent entrance. In a strategic position close to Florence is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients, such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

The B&B "I Falchi Pellegrini" is located on the Via degli Dei in an independent villa surrounded by greenery. It is suitable for the overnight stay of hikers who run the historic Bologna-Florence route and people looking for a stop in the green of the Bolognese Apennines. We are 10 min from the Sasso Marconi motorway toll booth and 5 min from "Vado-Monzuno" station. Breakfast is included. In case of groups of 5 people we host the fifth guest free of charge by providing the sofa bed.
