The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

Welcome to Casa Luzi, a spacious and completely renovated 100-square-meter apartment, located in the quiet village of Corconio, just a 10-minute drive from Orta San Giulio and a short distance from the Sacro Monte and Mottarone. The house can accommodate up to 6 people and is perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for relaxation between nature and culture. 🐾 Pets are welcome! 1 small/medium-sized dog. The apartment has just been completely renovated and offers a unique location in the area. A ten-minute walk will take you to the beautiful village of Orta San Giulio, with a good choice of restaurants.

The boxwood of Lake Orta

The residence Il Bosso del Lago d'Orta consists of two apartments, for a maximum of 9 beds. One apartment has a kitchen/dining/living room/bathroom on the ground floor, a double bedroom on the first floor with a sofa bed, and a bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs, with independent access, there is the Attic, with a kitchen, double bed as well as a double sofa bed or alternatively a bunk bed on the lower floor in the anteroom near the bathroom.

Suite Romantic Bocciola - apartment

The apartment "Suite Romantic Bocciola" boasts an amazing location on the eastern hills of Lake Orta: from your private terrace you'll enjoy stunning views over the Lake, the Island S. Giulio and the majestic Mount Rosa. All around the house there are lush gardens and romantic old dwellings! The Lake is only a 10 minute drive from here (2 nice public beaches). Bars and shops at walking distance: there's even a nice Café right next to your house!

House 20 minutes walk from the center of Orta San Giulio and the municipal beach. House on 3 levels in a quiet area. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a nice terrace where you can have breakfast in peace and watch the stars at night. Crossing the street there is a children's playground. For trekking lovers it is a great starting point to be able to reach the trails that are many in the area and admire the beauty of our lake.
