The centre of Orta is easy to reach (1.8 km) as well as the equipped and communal beaches (1.5 km), the Sacro Monte (1.5 km), the island (2 km). The railway station and a playground are in front of the house.

For trekking lovers it is a great starting point to be able to reach the trails that are many in the area and admire the beauty of our lake.
