It is part of the Silkaatsnek Nature Reserve, home of Giraffe, Wildebeest, Zebra, Waterbuck, Kudu, Impala & various other Antelope, birds, etc. We are situated in the Hartbeespoort Dam area, which uses the slogan “Close to the City, Out of this World” for many reasons. The Two Wild Olives-Shumba Self-Catering Unit

Shumba is an "African feel" garden cottage that is ideal for a family. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom(ensuite bathrooms) with a fully equipped kitchen and a small lounge. (It can accommodate 6 people :4 adults and 2 children) Bed Set-up: 2 x Kings OR 1 King + 2 singles OR 4 x singles(bedroom) + 2 x Single sleeper couches in lounge *Only 1 parking bay per unit. We are ideally situated 6km from Pilanesberg National Park and are only a 20km away from Sun City Casino and Entertainment Center.

Nyati Garden Cottage - Shelley's Sleepover

This cozy self-catering cottage is nestled in our back garden. It is ideally situated 6km from the Manyane gate of Pilanesberg National Park. It is fully equipped and can sleep up to 3 people sharing. There are emergency lights, a gas stove and a gas geyser to make your stay more comfortable during load shedding. There is a private BBQ/braai on the small verandah for you to enjoy. The swimming pool in the front garden over looks the Pilanesberg mountain providing a lovely view. Enjoy it.

Studio #292

Studio #292 is situated on a smallholding in Hartbeespoort on the slope of the Magaliesberg with a panoramic view of Hartbeespoortdam and surrounding areas. On the other side of the Studio is another listing, Coucal Cottage. The two listings are separated by a passage and linen room. The Studio has a kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge, kettle, toaster and frying pan (makes a lovely breakfast or stir-fry). The Studio is within 15 minutes driving to Village Mall and other shops.

View free-roaming buck while exploring various cycling- and hiking trails, or take a dive in the pool after playing a round of table tennis at the clubhouse. 1.5hrs' drive from PTA&JHB. For longer stays consider a day trip to Sun City. Catch and release fishing is allowed.
