The bathroom with a washing machine and the toilet are separated. The sleeping area is upstairs, the landing serves two attic bedrooms.

The studio is located on the floor of our house, with independent entrance (new outdoor staircase with anti-slip steps). Guests can park your car in the courtyard or parking lot nearby if there is no more space in the courtyard. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 de Bourges motorway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station. All the basic amenities (sheets, towels, shower gel/shampoo...) are provided with the rental.
