Additionally, there is free parking right in front of the apartment in the weekends (midweek: parking for free in the neighborhood or for 12,50 euro p.d.). The location of the apartment is perfect for anyone looking to explore Utrecht. There is a tram stop right in front of the apartment and the city center is only a 10-minute bike ride away.

Spacious condo in residential area (6 guests)

Spacious and fully equipped apartment (60m2) at the top floor of our house. Located in a safe neighborhood in between the city center and the university area, both at 10 minutes by bike. The apartment is the top floor (3/3) of an old house build in 1906. All rooms can be locked and you will have all the privacy you need. Nevertheless, I live at the two lower floors, and we will share the front door and the staircase, so we will both have to be considerate.

Canals, shopping, and restaurants are all within minutes of walking. I replaced the desk in the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds but I need to update the photo’s. This apartment is perfect for when you want to visit Utrecht city center with a maximum of 4 people.

You have your own toilet and bathroom, just near your room in the hall. The location is perfect for visiting the university, all the highlights of Utrecht or central station.
