Romantic chalet right on beautiful natural water

This chalet is 6x4 inside and equipped with kitchen (with microwave oven and refrigerator), bathroom with shower and toilet, a cozy bed (1.4 cm x 200 cm with a step) and plenty of storage space. The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) can easily be included in the living space. You are really on the (swimming) water of the clean lake. Easily accessible (20 km from Amsterdam, 15 from Utrecht, 3 from the A2) and with possible rental of bicycles, sloop and sailboat. SEE "WHERE YOU WILL STAY" FOR INFO!

Het heeft 2 ruime slaapkamers, een woonkamer, ruime leefkeuken met alle apparatuur en op de begane grond een ruime badkamer met een aparte waskamer met wasmachine en droger. Op het erf is een puppycreche gevestigd. Het geheel ligt in Eemnes. Slechts 30 autominuten van Amsterdam en Utrecht en de bus stop bijna voor de deur.

In the picturesque Nigtevecht, yet close to Amsterdam, is the uniquely located vacation home on the wide river/lake the Vecht. The chalet is located on a large detached plot, directly on the water with unobstructed views over the countryside. With private parking. A lovely place for the peace seeker. But also the opportunity to seek entertainment in the area. Fishing on the jetty or swimming in the clean water of the Vecht, it's all possible here. A veranda has been built on the chalet.

A small Eden, within the former peatlands area between Utrecht and Amsterdam, is where you'll find our nature cabin. Equipped with al the necessary luxuries, the cabin has windows in all directions and from the lounge sofa you have a wonderful view of the surrounding nature and body of water. I like to share this Scandinavian cottage with others to enjoy this unique place. It is a small-scale park (14 cottages)where peace and nature prevail. The park is protected by an automatic gate. You walk out of the street so into the forest. If you have a dog, you can enjoy hiking from the park.
