The house has a common entrance with a corridor, where there are two entrance doors to two housing units. On the second floor there is an apartment 2+kk and on the first floor there is a 3+1 apartment.

In winter, it is possible to use the white trail right next to the house, the Sachova studánka ski resort is about a 5-minute walk.
