Baltic Sea house with sauna hot tub, Swinemünde Usedom

My place is ideal for families and friends who want to break away from a hectic life. The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill. The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.

A bright living area features a comfortable seating arrangement with white sofas adorned with green cushions. A coffee table centers the space, while a television sits opposite. Natural light flows through large windows, and a dining table with white chairs is positioned nearby.

Die Villa Luna bietet insgesamt 6 Schlafmöglichkeiten auf 100 m² Wohnfläche. Das Bad im OG verfügt über eine Dusche und eine große Eckbadewanne, Toilette und Bidet. Ein Gäste-WC ist im EG. Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. It is a unique wood-clad architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and state-of-the-art interior design, which leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel right at home.

The house is located in a quiet quiet area on the island of Wolin close to the most beautiful wild beaches with wonderful cliffs, several lakes, bike and hiking trails, and a golf course.
