Pure relaxation in the new 3-room apartment (plus kitchen and bathroom) close to Legoland and all around you will find the nature park (Western Forests). We also have many quarry lakes here that invite you to relax. Also a wakeboard facility (Turncable) is very close. The apartment is located on the first floor and can only be reached via a few stairs. One of the two balconies has sun until the evening, the other balcony invites you to the first coffee in the sun in the morning.

It is located on the outskirts of the village with a unique view of the valley, on a 2000 sqm property surrounded by apple and cherry trees, for relaxing and unwinding. You can start excursions from here, e.g. to Legoland, Peppa PIG Park, skyline park, to beautiful Allgäu or just hiking and cycling.

You can expect a 56sqm apartment with its own entrance. The completely fenced, adjacent garden is directly accessible via the terrace. The apartment is divided into 2 rooms, bathroom incl. towels and toilet paper and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is equipped with a 2x2 meter bed, which can also be divided into 2 2x1 meter beds, a closet and a sideboard. In the living room next to the flat screen TV is an XXL sofa which can also be used for sleeping.

Dream accommodation in the trees with birdsong and leaf rustling in the Augsburg-Westliche Wälder Nature Park for a maximum of 2 adults or families with 2 children. In our high-quality and stylish tree house, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail, you will find an enchanting retreat for rest and relaxation. From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.

Take the whole family to this great home with room for fun and entertainment. On request, we can also style the bed covers in a slightly more fun way (see photos). We of course also have firefighters, princesses, dinosaurs, etc., if your children wish. Please let us know in advance :-) And in October, things get creepy in the apartment, too. We strive to make it look as spooky as possible. No one should say it was boring with us ;-)

Located in Krumbach, the holiday home Tiny Time has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, a Nespresso capsule machine as well as children's books and toys. 2 high chairs are also available.

In the tiny house on the roof of the Fiddler's Green Pub in Pfaffenhofen an der Roth, you can really enjoy yourself: relax on the sun lounger, enjoy the hot tub and sauna with outdoor shower or make yourself comfortable in the tiny house. Grill something delicious on the sundeck or have food delivered directly from the pub to the tiny house via our app from Monday to Sunday starting at 5 pm.
