The property is located in the agricultural zone away from any civilisation. The car park is about a 20-minute walk from the house. A driving licence to the property can be purchased. In snowy conditions, access is only possible on foot (with snowshoes).

It takes a 15-minute hike on the idyllic natural stairs of the "Swiss Path" Public parking is available in the village center from where you can continue on foot. A backpack is highly recommended and suitcases are not suitable at all. In the mini-store in the basement you can buy a few durable things or replace them again.
