New apartment 30 minutes outside of Stockholm

Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.

Apartment 35 min from Stockholm

Enjoy a pleasant stay in a lovely apartment located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood in Täby, just north of Stockholm. Surrounded by nature, with a lake and beautiful forest trails just around the corner, it’s the perfect spot to unwind. Public transportation is only a 5-minute walk away and takes you to central Stockholm in about 35 minutes. If you’re flying in, a taxi to Stockholm Arlanda Airport takes just 25 minutes. Odensala (Märsta), rural, only 600 m. to bus stop. 14 minutes by car to Arlanda. Relatively newly built bright rooms in apartment on 1st floor. Grey parquet floors in all rooms, partly plastered interior walls, slanted ceilings but high ceilings in general. Wi-fi, chromecast. Blackout curtains in all bedrooms. Yale doorman lock with code. Shower/laundry with washing machine and dryer. 3 private parking spaces with engine heater. Small terrace on 1st floor and sun terrace at ground level.

This is the perfect apartment to rent for a weekend in Sweden’s oldest and most picturesque town, Sigtuna. The apartment is newly renovated, modern, and spacious. It's located near the boardwalk, and it is within walking distance from the local lake (a known swimming area). It’s only a 15 min walk from the city center where you will find restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, and shopping. It is only a 40 min drive to the capital Stockholm, and 20 min. to the airport Arlanda!

Spacious & elegant in perfect location

Spacious apartment in great location. 175 sq. mtrs. divided on five bedrooms, two living rooms with dining tables plus kitchen. Excellent access to public transport and walking distance to many of the city’s attractions. The area is full of cafés, restaurants & shops but still not noisy. Several parks nearby. Please note that we have a fixed price up to 4 people, then there is surcharge/person.Therefore, book for the actual number of people that are going to stay.

Nybyggd lägenhet i toppläge

Stor och rymlig lägenhet mitt i Barkarbystaden. Här finns det bra kommunikation med bussar precis utanför. Från närmsta tågstation når du City på knappa 15 minuter. Lägenheten är fullt möblerad med allt vad som kan tänkas så ni kan flytta in på en gång. Lägenheten uthyres minst en månad men enligt överenskommelse med flexibelt tillträde. Tveka inte att höra av dig om du har några funderingar.

Ljus härlig nyrenoverad lägenhet på bottenvåningen i villa, med utsikt över trädgården. Lägenheten är helt fristående med egen entré. 150 m till lokalbuss som tar dig till affärer och tunnelbana på ca 5 min. Lugnt villaområde, nära till vatten och naturen. 500 m till Edsvikens strand (havet) och bad, samt 800 m till Rinkebyskogen och motionsspår. Fri bilparkering på gatan.
