Home sweet home ist unser Motto! Verbringen Sie Ihre Urlaubstage in unserem Ferienhaus, das in einer idyllischen Gegend mitten im Ort Schrattenbach liegt. Durch die getrennt liegenden Schlafzimmer und Bäder ist das Haus auch ideal für berufliche Aufenthalte geeignet. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und Stellplatz, so dass kein direkter Kontakt notwendig ist. Das Haus wurde 2020 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei und einem Restaurant entfernt.

Die nahe liegenden Orte Haldenwang und Dietmannsried bieten, Bäcker, Lebensmittelladen und Restaurants. - Haustiere sind erlaubt Kosten 8€ pro Haustier und Nacht - Nach Rücksprache kann auch das Pferd mitgebracht werden

In the heart of Memmingen is our apartment on a quiet street in the Gerberviertel. In less than three minutes on foot along the city stream, you are in the old town and can enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants and cafes there. The train station and bus station as well as taxis are a four-minute walk away.

Mountain-view apartment

The apartment is located outside the village of Haldenwang very quietly, surrounded by fields and meadows with a beautiful view of the Allgäu Alps. The quiet and bright non-smoking apartment is located on the basement (hillside on the east side), with a furnished terrace.
