Cozy, classic mountain cabin with amazing views of the mountain landscape! The cottage has a large living room with a fireplace and exit to the balcony in a sunny south-facing location. The kitchen was replaced a couple of years ago and is fully equipped with a dining table attached, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Sauna is available. Crib is available. Hiking and skiing trails are accessible directly around the corner from the house. To Åre it is about 25 minutes, Vålådalen about 30 minutes. In Ottsjö village there is ICA Bua, dog sledding, brewery, etc.

Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By the sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

The cabin by Storån

Welcome to this unique and tranquil accommodation right by Storån. A wonderful place for the nature lover. Private jetty available for the bathing enthusiast. There is also a fireplace by the river where you can barbecue and enjoy the view. The accommodation consists of a smaller log cabin which, despite its size, has most amenities. If you're lucky, you can see the otter catch fish while you're eating breakfast. Storån is a popular place for fly fishing. Five minutes walk from the cabin, you have a large, nice sandy beach at Ottsjön.

The cottage is located in cozy and family-friendly Edsåsdalen, 20 minutes from Åre village. Edsåsdalen's lift system has 5 lifts and 11 slopes, there are 40 km of cross-country trails and 150 km of mountain trails, a ski school, sports shop, restaurants and a small spa. From the cottage, it is about 350 meters to the nearest ski slope and to the cross-country trails.

I'd prefer you to clean the house yourself. Otherwise, the cost of cleaning will be added as agreed. Bed sheets and towels cannot be rented in the summer of 2026.

In the open, lovely kitchen that is combined with the living room, there is also a stove to be able to warm up a little extra or create a lovely atmosphere. In this cottage, you can either live well on your own, 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The loft bed is 140 cm wide, sofa bed 2x80 cm is in the living room. The cottage is located in Undersåker in a small residential area and with 10 km to Åre and southern Årefjällen, there are plenty of activities. It is within walking distance to Ica and the train station. Outside the house, there is storage for ski equipment and a private parking space with engine heater. The price includes bed linens, towels and cleaning.

Despite the secluded location, it is only 800 meters to the E14 where there is a bus stop. It is 2 km to Undersåker train station and the nearest ICA store! To Åre village it is about 12 km (10 minutes by car).
