splendida casa a pochi passi dal lungo lago del trasimeno,dove si possono ammirare spettacolari tramonti,situata proprio al centro del paese ha tutti i servizi a disposizione :banca, supermarket,farmacia,ufficio postale,panetteria e macelleria.a 2 minuti passeggiando si arriva al punto di partenza del traghetto diretto alla bellissima e incontaminata isola polvese adatta per escursioni fantastiche.A dieci minuti con la macchina potrete raggiungere Passignano bellissima e ricca di ristoranti.

Set on the gentle hills of the Trasimeno natural park, overlooking the lake in front of the Polvese Island, you can enjoy a fabulous climate in relaxation. Ancient villages, culture, gastronomy, sporting activities are the ingredients of this place. Trekking, biking, canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, fishing are some of the sporting activities that the area offers you. Perugia, Assisi, Chianciano, Cortona, are the setting nearby for any tourist trips. It's my menu for your starry holiday.

Bolsena House

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

Very panoramic 1-bedroom apt. Wooden beams, original features, fully-furnished kitchen, a.c., wifi. Sofa bed in living room, can sleep up to 3 guests. Infinity pool, terraces, barbecue. Surrounded by nature, in an organic olive-oil producing estate. This Farmhouse, divided into 5 apartments, has a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the valley. The pool usually opens around the 1st of June (this year it will open on the 27th of May).

The apartment has a breathtaking view of the Trasimeno, it was renovated in 2015 and is the house where we lived, so it is well furnished and cared for with love. It is located in a two-family house and is surrounded by olive trees with fields and roads for walking and cycling nearby. It is advisable to come by car. Families with children are welcome!
