Hej hej, das idyllische Ferienhaus Kim liegt ca. 300m vom Ufer des Sees Asunden entfernt auf einem 1500 m² großen Grundstück. Das Ferienhaus hat ein Wohn-/Esszimmer mit offener Küche, 3 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 6 Schlafplätze, Bad & Gäste-WC. Eine große teilüberdachte Terrasse mit Grill, sowie ein Kamin im Wohnzimmer laden zum Entspannen ein. Die im Nebengebäude geräumige Sauna ermöglicht zusätzlich eine wohltuende Auszeit. Ett litet hus i avskilt läge utan grannar i närheten. Nybyggt badrum, nyrenoverat kök. Ät frukost i morgonsol på altanen precis utanför köket, eller ha en mysig innekväll framför kakelugnen. Bottenvåning kök, badrum, allrum och hall. Allrum utrustat m 120 cm säng samt bäddsoffa. Övervåning två sovrum med 3 bäddar totalt. I vårt hus kan du koppla av och ta det lugnt. Två kilometer till närmsta badsjö, flera finns att välja på i närheten. ICA Gällstad 3 km bort. Ulricehamn 15 km.

Hus och minihus m pool och spabad nära sjö & skog

En gammal plantskola blev det perfekta hemmet "lantlig idyl" mitt i stan. Vårt hus med 75 kvm2 uteplats, nybyggt minihus med stor trädgård och ett spabad med utsikt över skogen. På trädgården finns det pool, fotbollsplan, eldstad och trampolin. Från huset går det en vandringsled direkt till skogen och friluftsanläggningen Lassalyckan med vandringsleder, MTB och trailbana som även ligger i samband med golfbanan. 3 min med bil till badplatsen, kanot/båtuthyrningen och shopping

Huset är beläget i änglagårdsbygd i hjärtat av svensk landsbygd. Upplev total tystnad med naturen precis runt knuten. Omväxlande landskap med åker och betesmarker, slingrande vägar, skogar och sjöar inbjuder till vandringar och upptäcktsfärder. Mittemot huset ligger Kärråkra kyrka som varit med i samtliga Änglagårdsfilmer. Åkrarna runt huset gästas ofta av kor på sommarhalvåret. Om så önskas finns det gårdsbutik (Duveredskött) med kött att köpa endast 6 km från huset.

Välkomna till oss. En rymlig nyrenoverad källarlägenhet på 85m2 i en villa med gott om plats för 6 personer med egen jacuzzi och ingång på baksidan av huset i ett mycket lugnt villaområde. Ulricehamn är verkligen ett mecka för sport älskare. Vår villa är belägen centralt med nära till det mesta. Tänd en brasa och varva ner, spela ett parti schack medans grytan puttrar. På sommaren kan ni sitta på uteplatsen och ni har en stor gasolgrill.

Big apartment right by the lake

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the large house with its own entrance. It has three double rooms with room for six overnight guests and a large living room with space for two more. All bedrooms have windows facing the lake. You have access to a private beach with a wood-fired sauna and fishing in the lake. There are also good opportunities for walking, running and cycling tours in the surrounding area and the forest.

Bra utbud av friluftsaktiviteter tex går Redvägsleden med natursköna miljöer för vandrare och mountainbikescyklister förbi gården. Det är endast 3 km till slalombacken som kan ses från fönstret och till Lassalyckans friluftsområdet tar det cirka 10 minuter att köra.
