Unsere Einliegerwohnung mit separatem Eingang und eigener Terrasse am Oberen Eselsberg liegt fußläufig zur Universität und dem Science Park. Öffentliche Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor der Wohnung. Mehr oder weniger direkt hinterm Haus ist man im Grünen. Man hat nur wenige Minuten bis zu Bus und Straßenbahn, sowie zum Bäcker und Lebensmittelladen. Den Botanischen Garten erreicht man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Legoland sind es 30 Minuten und zum Ravensburger Spielerland 1 Stunde mit dem Auto.

Die Wohnung ist mit einem Einzelbett 120 cm x 200 cm im Schlafzimmer und einer modernen Klappcouch inkl. komfortablen Matratzentopper ca. 120 cm x 190 cm ausgestattet. Studio Apartment Wohnung mit 33m² mitten in Neu-Ulm an der Donau zu vermieten. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und kann von 4 Personen bewohnt werden. Dazu haben Sie auch eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Induktion, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Geschirr. Neben dem Boxspringbett (2m x 1,60m) im Schlafbereich, können die zwei Sofas im Wohnzimmer jeweils zu einem 2m x 1m Bett mit Lattenrost ausgezogen werden. Bügelunterlage und -eisen kann auf Anfrage kostenlos ausgeliehen werden.

The modernly furnished apartment (built in 2014) is located in a prime city center location, is approx. 45 sqm in size, and is luxuriously equipped. The train station is in the immediate vicinity (approx. 150 m) and is easily reachable on foot. The main public transport stops are located directly in front of the building. In the neighborhood (<200m), there are parking garages with >800 parking spaces. University, clinics, and sciencepark can be reached in 15 minutes by public transport.

Zu Fuß sind es ca. 7 Min. bis Zentrum in Ulm und das Ulmer Münster und zum Bahnhof sind es auch nur 3 min. Um die Ecke gibt es nette kleine Cafès, Bäckereien, Restaurants und ein Shoppingcenter .
