Ferry rides from Zadar to Preko-20min. 300m to the first beaches, grocery shop and restaurants. In the area of our house there are a lot of places to relax, to make grill...Guests can use the POOL (shared), a billard table, table tennis, sandboxes.. .Pool is opened from 5.5.-10.11. Our free parking is under the house!

If you want to spend a few days without the noise of the city, but be near of the city, you are on the right place. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). You can park your car next to our house. Old town is away from my place about 20 minutes slowly walking. After a walk to the town or the beach you can find the peace of paradise in our garden. Also we recommend to visit our National parks. So, welcome and feel like at home :)
