Welcome to a house with large terrace and pool house in a rural setting surrounded by nature and open meadows. The coastal path passes 150 meters from the house. 700 meters from the house is shopping at Göksäter, where there is also a large playground and kiosk. The community of Henån, is 8km away. The house is an older villa with low ceilings. There is a sandbox, supermarket and swings. Indoors, there is also access to various toys in the playroom. Two double beds 180 cm and 160 cm. A single bed 80 cm and two 80 cm growing beds for children.

Welcome to the big square on our family friendly farm. There are currently chickens, ducks, rabbits and guinea pigs you can cuddle with, a 12m long cable car, possibility of swimming in the family's 6x3m heated pool, large lawn for those with running in their legs, dog yard and possibility to go quad biking. With over a hundred fruit trees and berry bushes, there is always something to munch on when there is season and in my small farm shop there are eggs, honey and organic sourdough rolls when I bake on the weekend.

Villa Sjöblick is centrally located in Ljungskile with a wonderful view of the sea. It is a large house. There are a conservatory and several balconies as well as a large pool, which easily becomes the natural gathering point. In Ljungskile, most things are within walking distance, you can play paddle, golf or tennis. The range of cozy restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors and shops is large. The pool is heated and keeps about 27-31 degrees depending on the temp outside. The pool is running from the middle of May to the last Sep. Charcoal grill and gas grill are available.
