Welcome to stay in our gem, the Skärgårdsvillan in Bröllopsviken, which is a modern house (built in 2021) on two floors by the shore of the Baltic Sea. Large terrace down to the water, 3 large French doors that blur the lines between inside and outside. A stay in peace and quiet. We are very keen to ensure that there is a calm and pleasant atmosphere in our places. Our cottages and accommodations are for relaxation and tranquility, if you are planning festivities and celebrations with a slightly higher noise level, please contact us for more information.

Archipelago house and sauna - private lake plot

Here, a peaceful archipelago getaway awaits, well-secluded from neighbors and with the sea and nature close by. The patio is right next to the kitchen and is a natural place for all the day's meals. You have free access to the sauna and relaxation area, which offer a lovely moment of relaxation. The main house has a double room and a sleeping loft. The guesthouse has two double rooms with lovely sea views. The Stendörren Nature Reserve is only 1.8 km away. Enjoy the tranquility, the sea and the beautiful archipelago environment all year round.

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmland countryside on Road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cabin on the Uvsta Östergården farm. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and a store. The café serves light lunches and delicious pastries. A simple breakfast can be bought in the café. See the Café Östergården website. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bagarstuga is an older, charming 35 sqm cottage from the 1800s with beautiful views over the fields. Low ceilings!

Rural farmhouse

Relax with your family or friends in this peaceful space. Here on Ekeby farm you live close to animals & nature. 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store & gas station. 1 hour from stockholm & 15 minutes to Nyköping. The kitchen is equipped with two stove plates, Air fryer, oven is not available. Outdoors there is a barbecue with charcoal and lighter fluid. Duvets and pillows are available, but you bring your own bedding and towels. Cleaning is not included. Cleaning equipment is available so you can clean up after yourself.

Welcome to ♡ LANTLIV x Hidhem ♡ – a relaxed cottage for slow living in the countryside. Stay in a village in Sörmland near flea markets, farm cafés and beautiful nature. The cottage dates back to the 18th century, red with white knots, and is located next to my house with a lush garden.
