The house is situated in a very quiet location and yet in the middle of the Alpe-Adria area. 1.5 hours drive to the Slovenian coast of Istria, 50 minutes to the capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana and not to forget the many Carinthian lakes in the immediate vicinity. Relaxed vacation on the farm in the picturesque Rosental. The apartment is located in the center of Wellersdorf. There is room for 3-4 people. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a small sofa bed, in the living room a pull-out couch, which is suitable either for a couple or two small children. Our grandparents lived in the apartment, so the apartment inventory is older and shows signs of use. LW products can be purchased from us.

My accommodation is close to Klagenfurt (8 km) and Lake Wörthersee (5 km). It is located directly on the Rauschelesee, a small warm swimming lake in the landscape reserve. Klagenfurt Airport is about 14 km away. The bus stop is very close. You will love my place if you are looking for the original, close to nature, love to live by the water and enjoy meeting cosmopolitan people.
