Recently, the newly built chalet with a furnished balcony and fireplace has been available to vacation guests in the Kipnick vacation home. The chalet, furnished in a contemporary, modern style, promises luxury and comfort in the midst of the green oasis of the architecturally masterfully landscaped garden in the Kipnick holiday home. The living room offers a flat screen TV with large (sofa bed) and small dining table. In the bedroom there is a French bed (140x200). The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, hob, oven and dishwasher. In the bathroom is a large shower with rain head shower and also underfloor heating. Central yet quiet location with parking and terrace.

The cabin with the view of the mountains is located in our beautiful Rupertiwinkel on our adventure farm, right on the edge of the forest. Due to the south-facing location, you have sunshine in our alpine hut all day. The alpine hut was built from an approx. 250-year-old "Droadkasten," an old granary from our area.
