The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

In the bedroom you will find a double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m) and there is enough space for a crib. The living room with access to the covered patio with swing and sandbox offers two more sleeping places. The well-equipped kitchen-living room with washing machine invites you to linger.

Outside, a seating lounge invites you to relax. A dry separation toilet is located next to the barrel. Please note that there is no shower. Ideal for those who enjoy nature and want to relax!

Beautiful, cozy apartment, just 45 minutes from Lake Constance and the many gorges in the Black Forest. The Titisee is only 40 minutes away, the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen in Switzerland can be reached in 1 hour. Go shopping in Constance on Lake Constance or take bike tours along the Danube. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the beach chair lounge in the shared garden area. Our grill can be used on request.
