Lovely house located in the heart of Bymarka High standard. Amazing rural location but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 min. You will need a car to get here, but in return you will live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique possibilities in summer and winter. The property is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented. Bed linen and towels are included The 5th bed space in the living room. If you want to stay rural but at the same time this is something for you It's not a party place. Animals welcome.

Short distances to several facilities and only 5 minutes to Heimdal city center where you will find several shops and restaurants. Free parking on the plot, space for 8 cars, there is also the possibility of charging electric car (type 2) included in the rental price, (cannot guarantee that it works on all cars, but works on our Leaf and Tesla model S)

The apartment has two bedrooms with lots of storage space, bathroom with washing machine, living room with dining area/workspace, kettle, microwave, fridge, TV lounge and private outdoor area with heating lamp that can be freely disposed of. The apartment has its own entrance and parking space. Bus no. 11 has frequent departures with the stop just nearby. Welcome!
