There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the ground floor of the dwelling. Small marina next door, garden at the front of the home. The residence is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbours, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and no smoking due to allergies

Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr.
