All rooms are individually designed and have a breathtaking view of Lake Lugano and the mountains. Privacy is very important here, because as the last house on the street and right next to the forest, you are undisturbed - and yet only 10 minutes by car from the center of Lugano.

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

The house Bimba, located on the ground floor of the villa, is based in Trobaso, historical and peaceful village in the heart of Verbania, 5-minute drive from Intra and the port, 40 minutes from the Swiss border. The swimming pool is available from May 16th to September 26th 2026

This vacation home with its breathtaking lake view is just minutes from Lake Maggiore. The charm of the house is especially the terraces in the east and south-west direction, the panoramic windows and the garden with vineyard. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as a living room with fireplace and a TV room provide comfort. The house is good for families (with kids). A car is necessary. Late checkout is possible for a fee on site.
