Charming cabin on the water in Saltsjöbaden

Charming cabin that fits up to six people. Please be advised that it is a rather small cabin and not a house, so if you are six adults and not used to Scandinavian cabins it may feel a bit tight. Toilet in the cabin and access to a shower/sauna in an adjacent building and a gazebo in the garden. The cabin was entirely redecorated and a new kitchen installed in September 2019. Most furniture is from 2016. Possible to get to it by public transportation, but even better if you have access to a car.

This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

Vid bryggan finns det möjlighet att lägga till med egen båt. Nere vid vattnet finns även en bastu som ni gärna får hyra. Njut av havet precis framför huset och slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. En stor brygga med matbord, loungemöbler, grill, eldplats och en liten gräsmatta omger er. I en separat stuga 5m från detta boende finns en rymlig bastu med havsutsikt. Spa pool finns ca 50 meter från huset I sjöboden finns en säng och en bäddsoffa. Är ni fler än 4 personer så kan ni hyra till ytterligare en stuga för 4 personer Vandringsleder, café, restauranger och mycket annat finns bara10-20 min bort

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende precis vid vattnet. Magisk utsikt med vattnet utanför dörren. Under senare delen av året kan man ibland se det härliga norrskenet. Ett perfekt ställe för avkoppling och återhämtning. Användning av spa pool ingår och bastu går att lägga till för en kostnad under er vistelse. Endast 25 minuter med bil till Stockholm city om man vill utforska staden och 10 minuter till härliga vandringsleder i Tyresta Nationalpark. Vill man städa själv går det bra.

The cottage is located in the Stockholm archipelago, on the island of Älgö with a fantastic view over the water. Sunsets, private jetty and a wood-burning sauna. Veranda and patio. The bedroom has a queen size bed. WiFi and TV. The perfect place for two to enjoy fresh air, peace and quiet, sound from water and beautiful Stockholm archipelago.
