caratteristico stazzo sardo rifinito con pregiati materiali, dotato di tutti i confort. gode di un bellissimo panorama sul lago del liscia, ampio spazio verde per trascorrere giornate all insegna del relax..ideale per chi pratica la pesca, sport come canoa serf.. a pochi km si trova l ulivo millenario S'OZASTRU DE SANTU BALTOLU. si possono fare escursioni sul massiccio del limbara a 1360 mt. a 10km troviamo Calangianus con il suo rinomato e prestigioso museo del sughero e le tombe dei giganti.

Die Villetta Matteo ist unsere Privatunterkunft an der Costa Paradiso (Blickrichtung Korsika). Sie ist ein wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus, in Hanglage 80m ü.NN. mit 180 Grad Meerblick vom großzügigem Sonnendeck, eingebettet in felsiger Umgebung und mediterranen Gewächsen. Sie bietet Meerblick aus allen Zimmern sowie direkten Zugang zu den Terrassen. Gemeinschaftspool mit atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und ein nahe gelegener Sandstrand "Li Cossi" (15 Gehminuten) runden den Aufenthalt ab.

Trinità D'agultu, la Casa di Mare e di Relax

Alloggio climatizzato, indipendente su tre lati, composto da ingresso su terrazzo privato, camera matrimoniale con ampio armadio e letto contenitore, cucina e soggiorno con divano letto in pelle (una piazza e mezza) e bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Sia il soggiorno che la camera si affacciano su grande terrazza con vista mare, arredata con tavolo e sedie, per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Immerso nel verde, ideale per passeggiate! Maison traditionnelle corse inspirée des bergeries anciennes en pierre et bois. Confort moderne et piscine chauffée au coeur du maquis. Calme, vue montagne. Ce « Caseddu » de 40 m2 se compose d’une pièce à vivre avec coin cuisine, salon et cheminée et d'une chambre avec salle d’eau et toilettes séparées. Doté d’un équipement discret, il apporte tout le confort moderne nécessaire. A l’extérieur, terrasse bois et piscine chauffée (10 m2) offrent une vue imprenable sur la montagne.

Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind sowohl die Traumstrände der Westküste wie Rena Majore oder Naracu Nieddu als auch die herrlichen Strände im Norden und Nordosten in ca. 20-25 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.
