Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

Our family lives on the ground floor, there is another apartment in the attic, which is adjacent to the apartment. Guests appreciate the view of the pond, walking or cycling in the nearby forests, or the possibility of visiting the surrounding cultural monuments. The house is located in a village near Jindřichův Hradec. You can relax, whether you're passing through or want to stay for a few days.

Our apartment offers home comfort and an ideal location - just 500 m from the center of Třebíč and UNESCO monuments, and at the same time a few steps to the Libušino údolí forest park. Guests have privacy here thanks to a separate entrance, they can use the parking directly in front of the house, and by prior arrangement, they can safely store their bike or motorcycle in the garage. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

The building corresponds to 1 + kk and is therefore ideal for a couple or accommodation on a business trip. Larger groups who don't mind sleeping on couches also like to use the accommodation.
