The house is modern and situated on the wonderful Ile Grande, by the sea, facing Aval island, neear Perros Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel. The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose", between Tregastel, Ploumanach, Perros-Guirrec and Trebeurden. The sea side walking path going round the island, and the beach are next to the house.

"L 'Escale des 7 îles", located a few minutes walk from the village of Trélévern and its beach of Kerieg, in the Côtes d' Armor, between Ploumanac'h and the island of Bréhat, will seduce you with its quiet environment, with its equipment, comfortable bedding and garden. You will enjoy the local shops within a 5-minute walk in the village. The 80 m2 house is very nice, bright and easily accommodates 4 people. Its very well exposed garden is a real plus. It's a pleasure to have you there!
