Right at your doorstep, the hiking trails start, the snow-sure ski resort Grebenzen can be reached in minutes. On the spacious, partially covered terrace, you can hear the sound of the nearby mountain stream, sun worshippers will get their money's worth here.

Ein ökologisch nachhaltiges neues Holzhaus sucht sympathische BewohnerInnen. Modern, komfortabel ausgestattet und mit allem was man braucht um so richtig zu entspannen. Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.

The apartment on the 2nd floor (elevator available) is oriented in the valley, very quiet and invites you to linger with family or friends. 2 bedrooms with blackout blinds ensure a good night's sleep after a day in the mountains or 9 nearby swimming lakes. The terrace faces the courtyard and forms the extended living room.

In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
