Gemütliche 1 Zimmer Souterrain Wohnung im Bayerischen Wald Raus aus der Hektik, rein in die Stille. Im Sommer angenehm kühl, im Winter kuschelig warm. 38 km entfernt v. Regensburg. Eingebettet in kraftvolle Natur, gleich vor der Haustür. Mein großer Naturgarten liegt direkt am Waldrand. Da ist genügend Platz, um auch ungestört für sich zu sein. Ideal zum Wandern, Radfahren, Langlaufen. Ein öffentliches Naturfreibad, ein Kneippbecken nebenan erfrischen ihren Urlaub. I speak english. Welcome!

This unique home has its own style. Completely renovated with fireplace , outdoor sauna house, as well as a pool from May. In the house there is a billiard table and a foosball table to make the evenings more exciting. 300 MB fiber optic high-speed internet and a wallbox for charging the electric car are also self-evident. The house is in a secluded location directly on the hiking and biking trails. About 250 km of mountain bike trails are available. 2 swimming lakes in the immediate vicinity.

For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

The apartment, which was only completed in 2023, is friendly and brightly furnished and fully equipped. It offers two bedrooms, an open kitchen-living room (with sofa bed), a bathroom and a separate toilet. You need more space, no problem another apartment apartment with 6 beds is in the same house.

Electric barrel sauna, large meadow with fruit trees, fire pit and beautiful views with lounging furniture. Ground parking. Firewood freely available both inside and out. For swimming, Silbersee is 2.5 km away and Perlsee with a beer garden is 13 km away. It's very quiet at the end of a hamlet. You are alone in the garden.
